EveryWear glasses
From bean to glasses
Our glasses have their origins in the castor plant. The biobased PA11 powder that is extracted from this is formed layer by layer into a frame in the Netherlands using SLS technology. The photos show both worlds: the natural beginning and the technical process.
From design to finishing

Design - Smartly designed, down to the millimeter.
This is where every frame starts. We design everything ourselves, with clean lines, subtle details and a perfect fit. Each model is constructed digitally so that we can determine exactly how it will fit on the face.

3D printing - Durable PA11 material, printed with precision.
Our frames are 3D printed in PA11, a biobased material from castor beans. Each pair of glasses is created layer by layer in the powder room. We use only what is necessary — almost no waste, maximum accuracy.

Colors - Deep colors that last a long time.
After printing, each frame gets its own color. The material absorbs the pigments perfectly, making the shades rich, matte and long-wearing. From timeless black to bold colours: every variant gets the same high-quality finish.

Assembly - Hand assembled for quality.
This is where technology and craftsmanship come together. The titanium springs are manually attached to the printed front. That makes the glasses ultra-light, strong and flexible — exactly what you want for everyday use.

Quality control - Everything is checked — down to the smallest detail.
Before a frame reaches the store, we check everything: fit, color, symmetry and finish. Only glasses that are 100% correct go to the optician. Every EveryWear glasses guarantees quality and safety.
